These guys and this store in particular are great and very helpful. I was looking to upgrade the battery in my travel trailer to a true deep cycle battery. I had done an online purchase that kept informing me it do not go through. Went by the store and the web site had charge me 3 times for the battery. They could not fix that in the store but told me to call the corporate number. One call to them and that got credited back to my account 3 days later and I just went in the store and paid on site. Battery itself is working great so far. 1 month in. Will deal with them again in the future. Great help. Updated: 3/2023. Take note, battery warranty only 12 months. Mine died and is not recoverable. Going to try a different brand. People here still great and helpful. Company warranty awful. Do not recommend a travel trailer battery from here. Reduced stars to 3. That’s a 0 for product and 5 stars for employees.

I hadn't been in this location in a couple years, I was sooooooo glad to see the changes that had been made. My previous visit, the employee was rude and not helpful, store was dirty and messy. The young men that helped me 2day are AMAZING. Very helpful, polite and respectful. Please give them a try if you are in the area and have a need for products they sell, you won't regret it, I promise.

We were at a loss as to what to do with our daughter's phone. We didn't have the money to buy a new one and it just needed a new battery. Batteries Plus saved us!! Great customer service and fast service. Will definitely use again and will be sure to tell our family and friends!

Had the battery I needed in stock. Purchased online and received text message that it was ready for pickup in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the staff was engaged and completed the transaction flawlessly.
